After this form is approved by HR and reservations you may proceed with Step 2 ------– Directions will be emailed to you upon approval. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing time.
If you haven't already, check availability on the calendar on TeamBigSky.com to verify the dates for your Friends/Family Reservation are available to be booked. Once approved, you can call the reservation line to confirm and process the booking.
You will need to call and make the reservation where a credit card and 20% deposit will be required to book the room. This deposit is non-refundable if canceled within 30 days of arrival. This can not be doing by the incoming guest.
